These terms and conditions govern your use of the Website, the purchase of the from a Shack to Destiny, Bernard ‘Die Hond’ Parker (“the Book”), and tickets to the book launch event (“the Event”). By using the Website, purchasing the Book, or obtaining Event tickets, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Website or making any purchases.

Book Purchase and Delivery

Event Ticket Purchase

1. Ticket Purchase: To attend the book launch Event, you must purchase tickets through trough third-party services provider ticketpro’s Website (“https://www.ticketpros.co.za/”). Ticket prices are listed, and additional fees or taxes may apply.
2. Ticket Delivery: Event tickets will be delivered by methods specified on the third-party services provider’s Website (“https://www.ticketpros.co.za/portal/web/index.php/del_method”). Tickets may also be available for pickup at the Event venue.
3. Ticket Refunds and Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of Event cancellation or rescheduling. Tickets are transferable only with the organizer’s prior consent.
4. Collection of Books available with the purchase of the tickets: books accompanying ticket purchases can only be collected on the day and time of the event and are not subjected to being couriered elsewhere by the organizers unless stated otherwise by the organizers.
